Yamaha announced that it will officially introduce the 2022 YZF-R15 V4 and YZF-R15M in Taiwan in the third quarter of 2022, and will start pre-orders at Yamaha dealers in Taiwan from now on.

In response to fans' support and expectations for the "YZF-R" series, Taiwan Yamaha announced the introduction of the new 2022 "YZF-R15 V4" and "YZF-R15M" models.

Inspired by Yamaha MotoGP's racing spirit and design philosophy, the YZF-R15 V4 features aerodynamic body lines, a luxurious sports car cockpit, and the face of the next-generation R series. It is powered by a 155c.c. water-cooled four-stroke high-performance engine, equipped with DiASil cylinders, forged pistons, VVA (Variable Valve Actuation) system. And it is equipped with the Traction Control System this time, so that riders can enjoy riding with peace of mind. In addition, the Y-Connect APP allows the vehicle to be linked with the mobile phone, and through the Revs Dashboard in the APP, you can use many functions such as maintenance advice, mileage/ECO ranking, fuel consumption management, and parking location.

This time, the "YZF-R15M" inherited the exclusive livery of Yamaha's top race replica YZF-R1M, and was exclusively equipped with Quick Shift (Quick Shift System). It reduces the interval time required to upshift, making the YZF-R15M a powerful tool for conquering the track.

The 2022 model YZF-R15 V4 will be available in three colors, and the YZF-R15M will be available in two colors.
