Base on the concept of global division of labor, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (YMC) established YAMAHA Motor R&D Taiwan Co., Ltd. (YMRT) in 1997, which reach the international level in both technology and development.
YMRT is not only the first but also the largest global scooter R&D branch of YAMAHA.
The goal is to develop products that exceed customer expectations internationally.
