From aerodynamics and power development to steering experience, the brand-new "YZF-R7" features multiple upgrades which will fully awake your "R DNA" and free your steering potential.

"YZF-R7" inherits the family look of the new-generation R series, not only bringing a strong visual experience but also considering the aerodynamic design being required for high-speed driving, allowing the rider to fully experience the performance of the bike. In terms of power, the 689c.c. inline twin-cylinder engine, code-named CP2, is developed with a cross crankshaft concept and is well-received by the market. At the same time, in order to provide the users with a freer acceleration experience, this engine is first time equipped with a slipper clutch. Combining the above two features, "YZF-R7" has the slimmest bodywork in the R series family. In addition, in order to upgrade the steering experience, the "YZF-R7" adopts a newly designed 41mm inverted front fork and a multi-link rear suspension, strengthening parts of the frame structure to have a fast and sensitive steering response.

This time, the "YZF-R7" is available for two color options, including "Racing Blue" and "Performance Black". "Racing Blue" aims to create a "new generation of R series" vision, adopting Racing Blue for its main body to symbolize the spirit of Yamaha racing, supplemented by a matte metallic blue design, which not only presents a stronger sense of movement but also creates a highly recognizable brand. "Performance Black" uses glossy black for its main body, creating a low-key but succinct quality.
