Yamaha officially launched the brand-new redesigned "MT-07" in Taiwan. Pre-orders are available throughout Taiwanese YMS from now on.

The "MT-07" sweeps across the world, being one of the representatives of the "The Dark Side of Japan" series. It is not only the top choice for many motorcyclists to experience the fun of riding but also one of the best-selling middleweight street bikes in Yamaha's history since its premiere in 2013.

The 2021 all-new "MT-07" is optimized again for the acclaimed CP2 parallel twin-cylinder engine, re-adjusted the riding posture to the most suitable setting, and changed the new clothes for the new generation of MT series, presenting the more refined torque master of "Pure Torque".

Based on the concept of "Fitter Body", the new "MT-07" has aggressive and sleek body lines, combined with Y-shaped LED high and low beam headlights and positioning lights, forming an avant-garde and powerful visual perception. In order to provide a favorable riding feeling, the whole-new "MT-07" increases the handlebar height by 12mm and widens it by 32mm. Through the actual tests by various figures of riders, adjusting to its most suitable riding posture; with a new high-contrast design of LCD meter, riding views can be seen at a glance.

The new "MT-07" engine succeeds the well-received 689 c.c. in-line two-cylinder CP2 engine, with forged pistons and a 270° crankshaft design, which complies with the latest environmental regulations, maintains low fuel consumption performance, and has excellent ACC output performance, allowing riders to feel the excellent demeanor of the Torque Master in any types of speed. In addition, the "MT-07" gets an upgraded 298mm front brake disc this time, mated to the "Michelin Road 5" wheels, allowing the "MT-07" to have good braking and grip performance on both dry and wet roads.

The 2021 "MT-07" comes in three colors for customers to choose from, namely "Storm Flou", "Icon Blue", and "Raven Black (Matte)":

"Storm Flou": The whole-new third-generation "MT" family colorway, with a dark gray bodywork and red rims, expressing the cold and rebellious family characteristics the side is decorated with a dual-tone nameplate, which has an eye-catching and avant-garde visual feeling.

"Icon Blue": Originated from Yamaha's master sports car-"YZF-R" series, using the highly recognizable Yamaha Racing Blue colorway, providing a passionate sports atmosphere.

"Raven Black (Matte)": The entire car is coated with matte black, which creates strong dark night atmosphere and presents its strong sense of mystery.
