Aiming to young generation, customizing for college students, FORCE has been winning the first prize of sales for 3 years since it was launched in 2016.

The launch of FORCE successfully leveled up the overall market scale of 150c.c. flagship sport model from forty thousand to sixty thousand or above. FORCE has almost reached 100 thousand units since it was released and hold over 50 percent market share of 150c.c. flagship sport model in its heyday. FORCE is a representative model for initiating young, urban, and sporty 155c.c. scooters.

In 2020, being cordially invited by Intellectual Property Office, YMRT registered for the open audition of National Invention and Creation Award by selecting several models with design patents.

Through the two-phase procedure of audition and assessment for four months, popular FORCE among the winner list that was announced on Nov 2nd, 2020, with its:   

● Forward aggressive active body line

● Visual shocked head style

● Compact rear design like a sport car

Won the recognition of National Invention and Creation Award – Silver Award among 583 works.

National Invention and Creation Award is based on:

1.Visual and Design (Artistry innovation, product visual effect, creativeness, etc.)

2.Patent Value (Production cost or actual cost, scope of patent application to products, strategy of patent allocation, etc.), and

3. Extent of Commercialization & Marketability (Value of transferred technology, authority, industry-academia cooperation, or potential of customizable products, etc.) to conduct an overall rating.

Which means, besides outstanding outlook design, the awarded-winning works shall gain the design patents, which bring into IP values; meanwhile, the design results not only show the concept from designers, but also receive recognition from customers in the market; those are excellent works which have to present versatile characteristics to break through several examination. 

The award seems to be an ice on the cake for FORCE which had received grant successes in the market; in fact, it turned out giving YMRT national recognition on “the devoting effort of developing new models”; acknowledge precise position on product planning, perfect presentation on industrial design, and the value of high-quality products being pursued by all R&D members.

“There is nothing best but better.” With the recognition of National Invention and Creation Award, YMRT will persist on the spirit, keep developing more models that are well received both critically and commercially, and embrace all cordial expectations.
